What Our Full Service Costs:

  • Free or Discounted - We love helping people have the best vacation possible. We became a full service travel agency for the sole purpose of being able to provide our custom touring plans at a discounted price - or even completely free! All commissions earned from hotel reservations and ticket sales are credited towards your planning services. Many of our guests receive custom touring plans at little or no cost.
  • For those making their own arrangements, our service is $45 for the first planned day. $25 for each additional planned day. Arrival, departure, and water park days do not count as planned days unless you are also going in to a theme park and need touring plans. A typical 5-day visit arriving on Sunday, visiting 4 theme parks, and one water park, then leaving on Saturday costs $120.

Our Full Service includes everything in our Resort and Dining Reservations Service and our Itinerary Planning Service:

  • Tour Plans: The Full Service option adds customized, daily touring plans. A good touring plan is essential. Going during low crowds sounds ideal but the reality is that most people have to visit during school vacations and holiday breaks. With a good touring plan you can visit Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, or Busch Gardens on the busiest day of the year and still enjoy yourself while seeing all the top attractions. We will provide customized touring plans for each of your park days, taking into account all of your preferences. The plans incorporate transportation recommendations for getting to and from your various parks, all your selected activities and dining withreservation numbers, and viewing advice for parades, fireworks, and shows. Each day's touring plan will be customized based on your responses to our park specific attractions questionnaires as well as any special requirements.

We will be in regular contact and provide updates via phone and email all though the planning process. Then, all your planning information is provided to you in a printed package shipped to you prior to your vacation. "Last Minute" customers can receive their planning packets by emailed .pdf files or we can ship the printed package to your resort. This package includes color prints of your itinerary (one) and touring plans (two per day). It also includes black and white versions of these products for photo copying plus park specific trivia and tips, and restaurant menus for all the potential restaurants.

Important Tips for the
first time Orlando visitor

Time of year
The time of year has a significant impact on your vacation. For example, Disney breaks the year up into different classes or grades. They roughly equate to crowd levels. This impacts your planning. The larger the crowds, the more difficult the dining and activity availability, as well as hotel cost and availability. If you are planning to visit Orlando while the kids are out of school on a break, chances are you will be in the top three crowd levels/seasons.

Value -
Value season is historically the lowest crowd times. Disney lowers prices to attract guests and will often run some kind of promotion. Lately free dining has been the giveaway of choice to attract guests during hurricane season.

Regular -
slightly higher crowd times than value, so slightly higher room costs.

Summer -
Disney's Deluxe resorts do not have this as a season. Summer season is an interim season between regular and peak for value and moderate guests.

Peak -
The parks can be very crowded during peak season with most desirable dining reservations long gone.

Holiday
- THE MOST CROWDED times of year. The parks frequently close due to reaching capacity. Think Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Day of the week

There are a number of things that affect your day-to-day itinerary selection. This includes Extra Magic Hours, Special Events, and other periodic activities that draw people to a secific park.

We want to see "everything"

Seeing "everything" on a single trip is not possible, given the number of options. Unless, of course, you can stay for weeks. Picking highlights and reasonable goals will help you avoid vacation exhaustion. Planning some down days for your overall itinerary is a good way to improve your resort experience.
