What Our Itinerary, Ticket, and Reservation Service Costs:

• Free - Book your Disney or Universal resort reservation, vacation package, or purchase your theme park tickets through us and you'll receive this service absolutely free. You will still receive any applicable advance purchase discounts or special promotions.
• Free or Greatly Discounted - We are happy to make your hotel reservations for non-Disney or non-Universal hotels and rental car reservations while still offering the Itinerary service for free or at a discount. Contact us for more information.
• Prefer to make all your own phone calls and arrangements? We offer this service for a flat fee of $50, regardless of the length of your stay, number of reservations required, or number of people in your party.

Making sure that you are visiting each theme park on the right day is every bit as important as having a good touring plan.

Your itinerary is different than your park touring plan – the itinerary is the overall schedule showing which park you are visiting on a certain day during your Florida vacation.  Many people assume that the crowds are equally dispersed but this is not true.   There really are Best Days or Better Days for visiting one Walt Disney World, Sea World, or Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure Theme Park over another.  This information is crucial for families visiting during holidays or school breaks, when crowds are high.   Travelling off season doesn't eliminate the need for a good itinerary either. You need a schedule that adjusts for lower park hours and decreased numbers of performance times, shows and entertainment.

• A number of factors contribute to how busy one theme park is in relation to the other parks on any given day.  We have “Best Days” information that will keep you out of the path of the biggest crowds. 
• You need to know how Disney's Extra Magic Hours are going to affect you, whether you are a Disney resort guest or not.  We provide that information. 
• Parades, shows, and fireworks are not always offered every day and some days have more live entertainment than others. 
• Certain parks may close early because of special events.
• We also schedule itineraries with sensitivity to jet lag for international visitors or US visitors crossing several time zones.  We try to schedule water park days or “down” days to give you the rest you need.  It's a vacation, right?

• Itinerary Planning: Many people think that you just have to accept the crowds but that simply isn’t true. Two families going to Disneyworld, SeaWorld, or Universal Orlando for the exact same days, but going to different parks each day, will have very different experiences. One will have crowds and long lines, while the other will wait only 10-15 minutes per attraction. Using your travel dates and preferences we will establish your itinerary using our “best days” information to get you to all of your “must do” activities with the lowest crowds.
  
• Ticket Consultation: Using your planned travel dates, and goals for the vacation we analyze the numerous ticket options to select the best tickets for your needs, including recommendations on where to buy the tickets. We make sure you are not wasting money on expensive add-ons that you don't need and won't use. If you prefer, we can purchase the tickets for you as well.
  
• Package Options: The Orlando area theme parks offer a number of packages. Some are available all the time. Others - like Universal's Express Passes or Disney's Dining Packages - are only available to certain people or for certain times. We will look at what is out there and provide information with our recommendations and secure your preferred package options.
  
• Reservations: The Itinerary, Ticket, and Reservations service includes everything in the Resort and Dining Resrevations Service.
